It all starts with one question

 

What do you want to achieve? Through an initial one to one senior exec process with one of our exec coaches, we mutually seek to understand the drivers for each objective and assess where you are on the GHI cycle entering the process at the most relevant step. On day one we seek to understand the urgency and the purpose then, given the right input on the day, provide immediate feedback on the objective positioning and status. We then take you through the cycle and bring the appropriate tools and skills to build and maintain the direction and forward implementation path. We will lift stones that you might not expect, we will ask questions that you may not be comfortable with, we will take a view which could be radical.

It will be honest and informed - but it will work.

Below is the John Kotter transformation model which we utilise as a baseline structure to follow and then develop on from according to the deliverable - a great model
